Printed Subscriptions: If you receive damaged or defective magazines, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily replace the damaged items.
Audio Stories Subscriptions: Refunds are not applicable for digital magazine subscriptions.
Printed Subscriptions: If eligible, we will issue a refund for the cost of the damaged or defective
magazines or delayed delivery.
